一路看這本書,一路就很想食。無論是小籠包、牛肉麵、炸醬麵、刀削麵,嘩,全部都好想食。

鞭神老師描述食物描述得很細緻,很有立體感,很令人垂涎欲滴,真的好想立即就出去好好食一頓。

唯一覺得寫拉麵的篇幅雖然長,卻不太到位,名店老店都沒有太深入的介紹,有點可惜。有太多資訊的堆砌,卻得不到「好想食」的感覺。亦因為這樣,拉麵之後的其他介紹都感覺是用太多資料拼湊在一起,有點資訊overload, 並沒有引起太大食慾。可能真的食滯了。
