Yuck's Mega Magic Wand and Yuck's Pirate Treasure.

Although Yuck's character is quite gross throughout both stories, children would find this hilarious. Everyone treats him like he is a badly behaved child, however in the first story, he uses his magic wand to make sure that all the children perform brilliantly at the school talent show. Unfortunately for Yuck, his younger sister (Polly Princess) wants to sabotage his magic act and steals his wand. The constant bickering between the siblings can lead to some funny results. In the second story, Yuck manages to outsmart Polly on a day out to the seaside, and at the end of the story wins the sandcastle competition with his friend Little Eric.

This book contains two short stories and would be best suited for children aged 6-8. More confident readers would be able to read these stories independently, but the stories would also be suitable for group reading with plenty of comments about the snot and slime.
