Honestly, this is a great guide for public speaking. I had to read this small little textbook in my Speech Class. It helped me out a lot and helped me with very beneficial tips on public speaking. It won't eliminate any stage freight that one might have, but it will give you some great tips on how to over come this fear.

This is a great guide for public speaking. I used this for a similar class in college and I definitely recommend this (in any edition up to this point). This is a small book with a large amount of informative, well-organized and explained tips and tricks to get you going. Every speaker should start with this book.
