Contrast agents in radiology are used to enhance both gray-scale imaging and Doppler studies in peripheral arteries, abdominal structures (including the liver, pancreas, spleen and kidney), and deep arteries (including renal artery and veins). Soft tissue tumor vascularity (particularly breast), and liver tumors are also more easily assessed. Compatible on Windows and Mac. Up to 4 hours of Category 1 CME accredited by the AMA.
