I had to wonder just how healthy this entire ketogenic nonsense was when it bases itself on eating mostly fat...then I red this book. Interesting, who knew. Besides my obvious or not so obvious I guess disliking to not eating pasta and artisan breads which I so dearly love or breads or starches of any description, this would be a wonderful idea. I mean who wouldn't love a diet with no restrictions on cheeses and bacon and all that yummy fatty stuff most of the human race craves. Except of course I am not much for avocado or broccoli for that matter either....
Give and take I suppose.
Yet overall a really neat book. Who knows maybe I can learn to like some things and go without others?
