If you are looking for a great graphic novel or a great nonfiction book, this is neither. If you are looking for a book that might entertain a child while helping her get a better grasp on a subject, this is pretty good. The first and last several pages are decently written to educate and the middle "graphic novel" parts at least provide a visual to the little bit of information that they provide.

I wasn't overly thrilled with this book. I won't be adding it to my classroom book shelf or suggesting it to others. It was just plain boring.
