Children will learn that Jesus was God's son, that he fed the hungry and healed the sick, that he had the Last Supper with his twelve disciples, and that he died and rose again. Reading this one to my six month old grandbaby most every day this Easter season. He seems to be very interested in it, likes the pictures, vocalizes his pleasure while it is read to him, is handling the book very carefully and well. What more can you ask for in a first book?
