This is such a great find. It is a dollar and more than worth it. Advait gets right to the point and I like his straight forward method of teaching. The mudras he selected work quit well and if you can get your breathing under control they will work quite quickly.

I gave this book that caption because I have been doing this for years. This works well, very well. The key is finding the right "combination" of techniques that work for you.

A Wonderful and a very handy book

Loved this short and crisp book which covered just the important aspects of Asanas and pranayama.. It gave a glimpse to motivate us digging dip further into the Yogabhyas.

Very helpful

Just went through a breakup thank goddess this was free this is really gonna help bring some peace back into my life after a very toxic and codependent relationship.

Really good overall.
