Anyone in the helping professions whose toolbox is heavily weighted with questions will appreciate this book. It goes into detail on different kinds of questions, when they should be used, what their purpose is and how to say them to get the best effect.

This book is so important to me it's made it through 10 moves and will be used until the very last page falls from the binding. Highly recommended.
