As an Orthodox Jew with a command of Hebrew who converted to Christianity, Avraham Gileadi has a unique perspective on the book of Isaiah. He essentially re-translated the entire book of Isaiah into English from the Torah. This book is unlike any other commentary on the book of Isaiah as it is written from that perspective. One thing that is lightly considered is the change over time of language and meaning. Words written in the 1800's in English can have a different connotation than the same words written today. I would assume this can happen in any language over time and Hebrew is over 3500 years old. Unless a person is a prophet and can interpret the spirit of what was written or said, any other translation should be taken with some serious consideration.
