Great for beginners

For a small book, it has useful and thought provoking information. Had three recipes , banana drink, Angel hair pasta and stuffed peppers. Love them all. Thank you Emma!

Detailed

The book explains that it is not meant for dropping weight but it helps as you detox your body. So many recipes to get you started.
