What's Malcolm's secret to losing weight? Simple: being homeless.
Season Three of Existential Terror and Breakfast is the bleakly funny conclusion to Malcolm's existential angst and living on the edge of society. Can Malcolm enact sweat revenge on his old junkie roommate? Can he drink a cup of coffee without dreaming of the world's end? Malcolm is without a home. He is without an identity. All he has is a plan. All he needs to do is buy a gun.
Finish the countdown. Depression has never been so funny.
Man, I gotta be honest! I didn’t see that ending coming. We meet Malcom in his third rendition. He is by now we’ll aware of himself, how he’s flawed and what his options are. This part brings along a new perspective, that of Karen. I love how Malcom affects her in a positive way. Most of the book keeps the similar pattern of the previous two books. It’s the ending that takes a sharp right turn. It gets very real very quickly. I was almost shocked but then realised there couldn’t have been a better way to end Malcom’s saga. Kudos to Michael! What a character man! And what a series! Long live Malcom Steadman!
