A helpful series of hornbooks for taking the Certified Reliability Leader exam. The reliabilityweb approach is something on the order of "all maintenance is bad," and these books provide a nice strategic overview of how to develop maintenance-free operations. Of course, the RW team concedes that few if any operations have succeeded in creating such a workplace, and the real value of the "Uptime Elements" approach is that it enables you to see all the things your indifferent fortune 500 employer and harried co-workers are doing wrong (or just carelessly, due to overwork).
