A fun adventure about love. Sure.
But the protagonist falls dull once the abusive love interest comes into the story. Also, Tibetan culture is written from the perspective of a 20th century English woman. Viewing their customs and tradition as something to take advantage of. The local people are given little respect or courtesy.
The book is as fun as it is frustrating, easy to read but take it lightly.
