A pretty good read here.......I wanted to read it to find out more about what Gary Player did to become a force in the golfing world when he was so small. He is 5'7" and weighs 155 pounds.
Yet, he has competed against others who had far more impressive dimensions.
In other words, what was his secret and how can I use his secrets to help out my game?
What I found out really surprised me.
He is a fitness and diet enthusiast and a fanatic at staying in shape. He does 1000 sit ups a day!
His mental aspect on the game is fascinating as well. He learned early on the value of never quitting or giving in from his older brother.
He mixes in interesting stories and found this to be an easy read but one that should be referred back to occasionally for advice from one of the best to ever play the game.
