Designer's Guide to Color

Rate this book
This book is the third m the immensely popular Designer's Guide to Color series. Although each of the three stands on its own, the three books constitute a progressive study m color combining. Book one shows simple, basic color combinations; book two goes a step further and investigates the emotional effect that related colors or tones can create. This book, Designer's Guide to Color 3, adds pattern and design to illustrate the color concepts introduced in the first two books. Unlike most material on color theory, which is written and therefore abstract, the color lessons in all three books are visual, Hundreds of illustrations show by example what color is and how it combines, allowing the books to teach and inspire at the same time.
