I listened to this as an audio book, and the sound was pretty terrible.
But the ideas were great, and I found a free pdf online, that I am reviewing.

This is mostly Jay's seminar attendees talking about their different referral systems they use.
This is very clever content repurposing. I have studied over 7 courses by Jay Abraham. They are all excellent high value business and marketing training.
