This is the second time of reading Kirsty's debut book and it was my first ever introduction to timeslip novels. It follows the story of three seperate women over the millenium from Amelia, a Roman Commanders daughter, Meggie who dabbles in herbs and Liv from present times. They all come together at the site of Covetina's Well.
I love how the book weaves the three stories effortlessly up to the thrilling climax where all three women come together. Each character is really well defined and it's easy to enjoy all three stories. The historical information is well researched and adds that extra touch. I love this story Highly recommended
As always I have enjoyed another Kirsty Ferry book. It was easy to follow through the three time periods and the characters didn't get mix up. It's a relatively short story which sometimes is a blessing when time is tight.
This was a lovely supernatural story linking 3 different time periods. Harsh at times but life wasn't always easy but a good story right to the end. I like this writer's style and will read more from this author
