Published in 1983. Found this book in excellent condition in a used book store in Asheville, NC. My original interest was in the photography. Now, the story and the history have gotten my attention.
Update: 7-2011
Ended up reading the entire book. Sometimes, I'm tempted to just scan through but this was an engaging read.
