About the author

Paul was born long, long ago in Cincinnati, Ohio. He had a normal childhood and did moderately well in school. When he came of age, he attended numerous colleges, starting with Ohio State University in Columbus and culminating at Kennesaw State College, located north of Atlanta, Georgia. That's right: mid-college, he moved South, where he indulged in fatty cuisine and intolerance for his fellow man. He received a BA in English, which, sadly, benefited him little. Paul, in his early years, lacked a teacher's temperament, and professional writing jobs were few and far between. Undaunted, our hero returned to school where he received a degree in Computer Animation. For the next decade, he worked in the video game industry. During those ten years, he relocated from Georgia to sunny Southern California. He also took a wife and -- much to society's regret -- he produced twin offspring. In addition to his stint as an artist for games, Paul has also worked in Fast Food, Retail, writing (some fifteen years after getting his English degree), video editing, and, most recently, teaching.

Paul enjoys reading, writing, and watching movies. He is, to this day, shockingly intolerant of his fellow man.

Twisted myths

I have always like fractured twisted mythology. This novel serves up one of my favorite Greek mythology characters in an urban setting. The lead character is Dora,yes the Pandora. She has been tasked by Zeus to return all the Evils she accidentally freed. She lives in a trailer with Hope who lives in the jug Dora opened with such bad results. Some characters she sees include Pan, Hermes, Medea and others. This book is fast and funny.

It's all Greek to me!

Well, this is a quick run through of classical mythology with us seeing what's going on with them now. It's from the point of view of Pandora. If you don't know who that is then read up on some fantasy. I enjoyed the freshness and fun this book provides. Also Pandora is a pretty fun person to be around. Give it a read.

A quick read, and still entertaining.

This is definitely an adult novel, so if you are put off by a great deal of cursing, and sex talk, you may want to avoid this. But it was still a wonderful adventure, amusing in it's own wild way. Considering how the Greek myths come off, I think this book captured the essence of the gods and goddesses very well.

The craziest adventure ever!

I have to honestly say that this book really grabbed me from the very beginning and wouldn't let go! Paul Neuhaus really brought originality to age old mythology in a way that amazed me! I gave this book 5 stars and completely recommend reading it.

A very fun re-imagining of Greek Mythos in the modern age. I was reminded of Robert Asprin's Phule's Company and Piers Anthony Incarnations of Immortality.
