As someone who has always toed the line between skepticism and spiritual curiosity, I found this book very enlightening. I’m a highly sensitive soul as it is, but have never tried to work with that ability- in fact I tend to suppress and fight it. I’m looking forward to giving some of these methods a try to see where it takes me! This book explains the various ways one can experiment in an easy to understand way without overwhelming beginners.
