Anger can get the best of many women, but when anger erupts into rage and leads to shouting, fighting, and name-calling, it’s time to look within and make a change. The Death of the Angry Black Woman boldly acknowledges stereotypes faced by women in the black community and uncovers the seeds that lead many to live anger-filled lives. Instilled with Biblical scripture and jaw-dropping honesty, this debut book from Pastor Jameliah Young-Mitchell, the voice behind the popular Car Chronicles Movement, will empower you to bury your anger, reject false labels, and embrace the new you.

When my grandma and brother died I found myself already in the process that pastor speaks upon. One day while in bed depressed scrolling down Facebook I noticed a friend shared pastor video. Since December 2017 I’ve never skipped a morning word and for you I am here. You book is amazing and I can’t wait to create my box.

This Is a very encouraging book. I realized I’ve been bonded to people and things, that I thought I have forgiven, moved on from. This book has help me to identify my weakness and take back my strength. If I can give this Author 10 stars I would. Thank You
I read this book in a few hours. It made me realize my reality. I thought I had moved on about some hurt, anger and trauma but it was superficial. When I had to take the look and dig deep, the truth hurts yet heal. Thanks Pastor Jameliah Young-Mitchell
The author is truly a woman of God whose purpose is helping others and spreading the Word. This book is real and is can help many deal with issues. It is a testament that can help others.
By the title you don’t know what to expect when reading this book but this book was definitely a great read! It makes you really question the topics stated in this book! If you don’t want to make changes after this something is wrong.
I did not like the assumption that your childhood and how you related to your parents was presented as a blanket circumstance/reason for every woman, black woman for being angry. That was your personal experience, not mine and not every reader.
The book talked about how to remove and release anger That's hindering us as a Black Woman. She enlightens woman to remove the bad shadows that has pleged her from progressively becoming happy...
There were some good points but then the information became repetitive. Rated it two stars because it could have been more substantial as a self-help book.
Extremely insightful. Highly recommended ! It was relatable, points were clear. Overall the book was articulated extremely well, and I wish it was slightly longer.
3.5 STARS I wanted to love it, but I think it could have gone deeper into ways to free yourself from anger. Also, there are a few grammatical errors. But it was still a good short read.
