Good Book

This book had a lot of useful information and things I can work on myself. It was very clear and to the point but also giving you an example. I love how the author used her own life story instead of just random examples. This was a quick read and something I would have others read as well!

I can't say that this was really groundbreaking in any way, but it was a nice and easy little read for those who are looking for some ways to increase their feelings of happiness and contentment.
