A new fane and broken hearts
Again with all the feels! Sara and Anissa finally get to see their mother again but its short lived with so much always happening and everyone being pulled in different directions. Allonic finds love and i couldn't be more thrilled with who it is. Sara on the other hand was a little more difficult. I really loved her and Scott as a couple and this new guy was a hard pill to swallow but in the end Scott showed his true colors and it shocked everyone while his actions also had deadly consequences. I'm also hating how sweet and caring Fane used to be towards Sirene but now it just seems like all he does is keep trying to distance himself from her when he claims he still cares for her especially with a baby on the way. I love Cari and Gage. Now with her being a vamp they can be together better only they will to go far away for that or risk the league killing them both. But what Gage assumes will the their safe haven ends up being the worst decision of his life. This such a good read I've barely been able to put the book down. So many things happening at evey turn. They seriously dont get a break at all. Which only makes me that much more excited to read what will happen next!

Retribution
This is the 4 instalment of the league's of vampire story and author work is getting bit slow. The story that started with a fast pace, and ever developing character have lost its touch in this book.

Temptation is hard to resist as truths are revealed about what family dynamics are and some hidden truth came to light , new foes are found, old foes are resurrected, or contained and contented. Finding new alliances in Duskwood, leaving behind secrets untold in Sorrowswatch, problem of power to make a worth of time.
Elementals and witches join the battles that are fought amongst the League’s immortals as new forbidden species are born and it can be dangerous but the kind they belong are in saving them along with family clan but foe clan don't want other to have an advantage over one another. I highly recommend to fantasy lover

This part deal with the salvation but is it for real, Annisa and Jonah are back but the Allies are in danger and he lost his mother again to death , and many losses came it and now Annisa had struck a deal with devil fiend to save someone life who is a loved one. Jonah is in troublesome they are going in and out and which causing trouble in our mind as character are coming and falling apart and things are getting complex before the war actually reach them. The salvation lost it importance when the sacrifices are greater than the ends.Addiction to power can make a supernatural being commit the most human of sins, but is safety found with one’s own kind or does it lie in the shade of the ones who have become a hybrid half-breed’s new family. Will they stand strong or fall apart as we go up in the series.

Exceptional
Of you haven't read the first set of books, read them first. This set follows on from the first set where it left off.
I thoroughly recommend you start with the first set as will be confusing if you start with this set.
I have never ever come across any books like these.
You have more characters entering as the plot unfolds. As time goes on, you will be dragged more into the story that much, you will find very hard to put the book down.
The way the author writes is mind blowing!!!
You get to the penultimate page and you think, I will stop reading after the chapter, then she writes something to get your juices flowing, and next thing you know, you are reading the next chapter.
Honestly, I cannot put it down.
The story contains vampires, fae, witches and memory keepers called shades.
There is love, but no sex ( I am glad to say ) there is anger and understanding, intrigue hatred and portals to other worlds or dimensions if you prefer. Parents presumed dead, siblings they never knew they had, all characters interconnecting throughout the story and there more characters added as you progress through.
I an now going to buy the next set... Happy reading!

I am enjoying the story. However, a better editor would have been great to get rid of all the Grammer mistakes mixed in. But I love the characters and story.
