Some jokes just aren't funny which means they aren't jokes, but facts; which are even bigger jokes, especially if they're universally accepted scientific facts.

An author on a lecture tour is asked a favor by a young man- and finds himself the victim of a practical joke. It's not hard to see the ending coming but it's still hilarious.
