This was recommended to me by an instructor some time ago. What’s great about it is that Wise writes for all skill levels while choosing to write towards a beginner’s audience. Whether you’re an expert or just starting out, this is one archery book that has stood the test of time.
Its a useful book. The "flip" book pictures aren't as useful as they probably were in 2004. However, there are plenty of videos on the interwebs of the author demonstrating shots now. It will be a good a good future reference book for me. It describes fundamentals, and it is always useful for me to revisit those with any activity/skill, even if I "shouldn't" need to anymore.
A must read for anyone wanting to seriously improve their archery shooting. It's a short book, but worth frequent rereading, until good form becomes second nature.
