So the book I think we can say is an answer to all your life related questions. It taught us about the spiritual being. Soul, life, internal happiness, afterlife, emotions and nearly every other things like this. This book talks about these things and tell you how to manage them too.

I personally like the book. It gave me a lot of knowledge of things I didn’t knew before. I can't say that the book turned me into a spiritual being but it gave me a lot of knowledge about it. Not only this it taught me how to handle things in life. The book had a lot to offer depending on the person that what they want. I totally recommend it if you want to know about the spiritual life and all.

So one thing about me, I love to read books related to human psychology and the books describing how mind works. This was the major reason for me to buy this book as the blurb said that it talks about how humans function. How they think and how one can be happy. The book didn't stand upto the mark.
It starts pretty well with talking about human karma, lives and souls. It described how humans can be happy and how the plan goes to attain inner peace. The book told me about young and old souls and how they differ in characteristics. What is the divine god wants us to be and how he teaches us the required features to be a perfect soul.
But in the middle it loses its depth. The anecdotes presented were not good enough to explain the whole scenario with the same depth. Also, the thoughts presented were very generic. It seemed like a moral science lecture stretched for too long and then written in words. One more reason to have this opinion is that the thoughts were presented in a way that they are just "touched" and not explained in the way they should be. I was not convinced with some of the ideas and the book didn't even try to convince me using logical approach. Moreover the practicality was missing. Like the ideas presented were all ideal but seems less of practical. Also the situations in the examples explained were just some extremities of the plot.
I was disappointed from the read as it was supposed to be a good read, but this book only told me that "Expectations Hurt"

First of all, the cover of the book is extremely beautiful and have a very pretty gleam shade which is really appreciated in terms of eye candy.
There were flowcharts provided in the book which was really helpful in many ways than one. The purpose of the book is to make you realize about how the universe works and what transpires around us.
The book was actually really good but the language used was a problem as there were use of many technical terms that people out of science stream couldn't possibly comprehend.
Otherwise everything about the book screams tranquility. Loved it.

Here & beyond
As the title suggests - this is a book which talks extensively about the life we humans spend here & beyond that. It's called as the 'afterlife.' It has been accepted scientifically & even by all the religions & countries all across the world. Starting from Egyptians to Chinese, from Islamists to Buddhists, traces of evidence can be found & seen by the fact that they do believe in the fact that even after one's body has perished; our essence lives on forever. There has been various scientific & metaphysical studies with regard to age-old religious beliefs about souls & afterlife is uncanny.
Souls are endless, eternal. It has no beginning nor end. Our body is nothing but a medium via which our souls manifest & learn. Our lives are indeed simple yet many a times complicated. We learn this via the painstaking hurdles life throws upon us. I liked the concept where the author extrapolated a very important piece of information that our body & soul are replica of each other. They grow & develop with each other undergoing changes simultaneously!
I loved the illustrations, flowcharts, freebody diagrams, images depicted at various places which enables the reader an overall graphical experience which helps them in better understanding & nourishing unlike a simple plain textual language.
I liked the writing style of the book. The author has penned it very cleverly. It's witty, funny & captivating. Narration is good. It makes the reading experience very interesting. It didn't feel like I was reading a nonfiction, but rather a fiction. Usually, nonfictions feel boring & rather overwhelmingly philosophical. However, here on the contrary it totally felt I'm reading a fictional book depicted via self-help genre.

A self help book that makes you realise the importance of having problems in life; as in problems challenge us, makes us think really hard and helps us evolve into a stronger person with a lesson to take away.
The content is in three sections -The Soul, Previous Karma of the Soul, Ability to Equalise Karma. Each section deals with human life and beyond that (afterlife); awakening you- spiritually.
I must say this is one of the finest books I have come across in terms of organisation and demonstration of the content. It's easy, beautifully narrated and the flowcharts with examples are great aids to the book.
I honestly am not a big fan of self-help books but this one actually left a huge impact on me.
Definitely Recommended.

Here and beyond is a self-help book which gives us an idea about karma, our egos and self-respect, soul. This book tells us how our positive attitude towards any problem can help us in overcoming that situation or phase; it's our inner potential, thinking that helps in making our life better. It's only us who can make our life better and worse.
The best thing which I liked about the book is small charts used in the chapters for better understanding where logical theories are explained.
I appreciate the efforts made by the author to write this book, although sometimes I felt that flow is missing in the book, and some part is lengthy and difficult to understand.
It's a slow read and requires proper attention and focus.
I would recommend this book for the person who is lacking positivity in their lives or is confused about their inner potential and also the ones who like reading self-help books.
