This was a reread for me, originally read in 2002 after meeting the late Mrs. Tyner at Romance Slam Jam. hearing her read for her book. As the word is today the story has more of a true ring to it than it did years ago.

Loved it!

I loved how this story had the suspense of my favorite cop shows with a sprinkle of tasteful romance! So glad my Bookclub chose this book.
