In Hell's Kitchen out of work actress Sally Tepper has 2 soft spots....stray dogs and her blind neighbor, who unfortunately is murdered along with his faithful seeing eye dog in his apartment. Heart broken and angry Sally sets out to find out who would kill a blind man and his beautiful German Shepherd that never hurt anyone.......or so it seems that way. Bumbling along our lovable heroine gets in more trouble than she bargained for as another beautiful dog is killed but not before it is revealed that it was trained to "sniff out" undercover officers and the dead blind man's memory is tarnished forever.
