Read for my office book club! It was an interesting read and I found myself often making connections of people in my own life and the habits addressed in the book. While all the tips to dealing with different types of people all seemed fair and accurate- I wanted more “how to.” More real life examples. I appreciated the examples of some phrases to say. For me however, sometimes these things are easier said than done. Keeping on my shelf to look back at throughout the growth of my career and as I meet and work with new people.
