As the author of this book, I want to say that this novel is the same as another novel of mine, but with a different title. The other book is called, I Have No Friends. Read my comments on that novel to understand why I chose that title, initially. I have two listings because people still buy the old version -- at least in digital format -- and I had to get a new ISBN for the new title.
I changed the title because people told me they felt self-conscious reading a book called, "I Have No Friends" in public -- the paperback format. Strangers would look sadly at them, probably thinking it was a self-help book and that the reader was friendless. Some would say, "It's not a self-help book. I do have friends." To that the strangers would smile and nod, but looked like they didn't believe them -- making the reader look even more pitiable. So for my print readers, I published it with a more appropriate title.
Incidentally, this book has also been translated into Russian: Одиночество Лины.
