This book is nicely illustrated and is filled with facts about the solar system. The vocabulary is pretty high-level, which would make this book inaccessible to children younger than middle school. However, the format of the book and the fact that it mostly contains "fun facts" rather than going into anything in depth, might make it a bit boring for the older students for whom the language would be accessible. The book was translated from French which may account for this feeling of mismatch between the audience that the content is directed towards and the audience the language is appropriate for. That being said, I could imagine recommending this to students interested in beginning to look into the solar system.
