Overall I would rather give ⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2 stars than 4 A decent collection of cases, however the information might not be so relevant now in 2021 since the data and discussions are around 2015-2016. A few case studies really talk about different management styles and strategies and there is a good mix of B2B and B2C companies however a few case studies will add no value. They are just an explanation of what the brands do and no information is shared about their strategies that can help the reader.
