First, the "need to improve" - proof reading, editing, printing. there are sections the printing is right-aligned, making it odd to read. A few occasions two words were glued together when not appropriate.
Now the good - I've read quite a few books on mentoring, discipling, and leadership training or the sort, mostly gender inclusive. I didn't expect a lot from this book. And it surprised me.
The flow of the book is natural and makes sense. The contents are relevant, specific, and relatable. Most come from the author's experiences, the real life examples give it a lot credibility as well as practicability.
