Easing into married life couldn't have been easier.
However, Elizabeth feels something is off... She's nearly always exhausted, and often finds herself falling asleep at all hours of the day. Could it be the frequency of her husband's visits to her chambers? Or something else entirely?
A Pride and Prejudice intimate variation/sequel. Third in a series of short stories about the Darcys' marriage bed. The third short story in an intimate Pride and Prejudice variation series by Grace Reeve. (Previously known An Ardent Part 3 in a Pride and Prejudice Intimate Variation)
Grace Reeve writes swoon-worthy stories inspired by the wit, passion, and unforgettable characters of Jane Austen. With a particular fondness for Mr. Darcy, clever heroines, and slow-burning tension, her novels blend Regency elegance with heart-fluttering romance. When she’s not dreaming up new ways for Elizabeth Bennet to scandalize society, Grace can be found curled up with a cup of tea, a cravat-clad hero, and far too many notebooks.
She lives for grand declarations, stolen glances, and happily ever afters—with just enough mischief along the way.
Ending at 91% the third in the series continues the early passionate relationship between our newlyweds. And, in this we learn of the expected result of such intimate relations...as you would expect. Short and full of panting and moans.
Like the first two in this series, this works as a stand-alone short story and does include erotic details about the intimacy Darcy and Elizabeth enjoy. Since the eventual explanation for Lizzy's symptoms are pretty obvious to the reader, the concerns she and Darcy are experiencing are kind of humorous. The story is well edited and nicely written, and it's short enough to enjoy when you just want a quick read and you like a little bit of steamy prose.
This is the third instalment of the series and the Darcy's continue to be deliriously happy at Pemberley. Elizabeth is exhausted, she presumes to lack of sleep due the attentions of her husband... this book is shorter than the others with less of a story, and the dialogue there is I found to be a little repetitive.
A shorter story compared to the previous volums but as it was introduction-free, I must say I prefer the shorter length but right to the point approach.
The Darcys are settled at Pemberley but Elizabeth was not feeling well... Sweet and romantic intimate, personally I would prefer it a little less sweet...
This story is a short mature novella about Elizabeth and Darcy as they are now living their day to day life at Pemberly. Elizabeth finds herself sore and very tired constantly and is very happy to have Darcy wake her up intimately in her new sitting room.
