A good book. Which is easy to follow and customise to you to your needs. This is more of a diet plan with helpful exercise to complement it.
Just so you know this I not going to turn you into a professional MMA fighter, this is about getting your health and core to a good level to build on.
I have been in Martial Arts for coming up to 20 years. I recognise and use a number if exercises in this book. The only down fall in this book is if someone has not used many of the yoga poses there are no pictures in this book. Though as stated in the book it is very easy to find them on google or YouTube. So I understand why this is the case.
The is a great book for people starting out to intermediate to training. The advances stuff can be built on from a strong core. For those people saying that yoga stuff does not work it does. The correct poses a build and lengthen muscles.
I ready enjoyed this book and would be interested in a more exercise and workout plan book. In this book it does give you the protein count so you can adjust the food to reach the same number.
