Perfect for someone looking to make a buck selling plasma, being the subject of scientific experiments or trying out new and unproven drugs. Less perfect for someone looking to live a long, healthy life.

This is one of many books and pamphlets filled with questionable advice that I used to love ordering from Loompanics. This was back when I had no idea where Washington state was. Now that I live in seattle I love stumbling across these in used bookstores. I picked up my second copy of this last year and it's still very entertaining - even if I'm not interested in hanging around the ICU hawking my extra kidney.

Filled with reasonably honest and accurate information for its time. Would recommend a lot of the less permanent techniques frankly, over some of the other approaches, and would now definitely double-check some of the information because it's over 10 years old, but fun reading.
