Great Book on the Importance of Prayer
If ever you find yourself thinking that prayer is unimportant, you would do well to pick up this book. Oforka gives many examples of how prayer has changed the fate of nations. Prayer is the most important thing a Christian does. By prayer, we receive the grace to live as the adopted sons of God. Without this grace, we can do nothing.
Oforka gives much practical advice on how to be an intercessor, and this book will enrich your prayer life. A very quick and easy read too.

I found the book very insightful as it is for some a reminder and others new information or recalling of the tools at our disposal in our constant battle of Spiritual Warfare. There were at times where I thought he was saying a man or Spiritual Warrior is a better can’t have fear in battle, albeit true in a sense, I still believe a man can feel fear but it is his resolve, to steal ones self in a moment of fear, that is courage or fortitude. Another thing, though it may be a bit nitpicking, He says somewhere in Chapter 2, after he quotes Exodus, that God wanted Moses’ permission to forgive the Israelites behavior in worshipping the golden calf. God doesn’t ask for permission from anyone, rather using the Duns Scotus theory, God stands outside of time. He knew Moses would plead God’s Mercy, but because He gave Man free will he allowed Moses to make a choice.
Other than that it was a very good read and I believe that I myself am better equipped in knowledge to continue the fight.

This is an excellent book for your “spiritual warfare theology” study on your bookshelf. A must-read for anyone who needs (also want) to learn what’s the right way to do as a prayer intercessor within the spiritual battle. This book helps me to know what’s the real and proper meaning of the term: intercessor. It is genuinely a word of encouragement to engage with practical advice on being an intercessor.

Very good read for learning about the power and importance of prayer as well as the tools that God has provided us with so that we can have more efficacious prayers. Really enjoyed reading it.
