As someone that has truly enjoyed building a small library for games, this is a great addition for me to have a good selection of domino games. I appreciate the inclusion of illustrations for set up, and sometimes, for play. The most common games are mentioned, in conjunction with history, and the basic rules of the game. Examples are divided by number of players, including solo play, special domino sets, and ones of Asian origin.
A later book that expands upon this, from the same publisher, is The Little Giant Book of Dominoes which includes several levels of strategy, and sample games.
