Aerosmith

Rate this book
Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Tom Hamilton, Brad Whitford, and Joey Kramer, in the early 1970s, these five young men from diverse backgrounds came together to form Aerosmith, a blues-tinted hard rock band that eventually would become known as one of the greatest rock-and-roll bands in history. However, the band's path to iconic status, with millions of records sold and a spot in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, was anything but easy. Featuring an engaging narrative, informative sidebars, and direct quotations, this book explores the hits and misses of this rock band that, despite it all, keeps on rocking.

I like this book a lot. It has a lot of detail about Aerosmith and also the whole band. He started out as someone who plays the piano. I find that weird that he went into rock later in life but whatever. He got kicked out of school and stole one of the drums. I thought that was cool because that was kind of how he started his band. Then he met people in that same town and started a small band. I liked how they started in a small bar and got enough time for a couple of songs. Then after a little while, they put on a show in a school, and 100 or more people were there. I thought that that would be cool today if people did that these days. I loved how they started out their band though and I have wanted to be a singer for a while. They slowly got recognized and sang before a really good band and got recognized by a recorder. They became famous and made a lot of songs that we still listen to today. I love a lot of the songs they make today. They are really known and I think they are still the best rock artist of their time, besides the Beatles.
