The second part of this series, Core Principles in Action was another quick and informative read. Geared more toward a Montessori classroom than homeschooling or parenting, I would definitely recommend the read to any and every educator truly interested in helping children develop into their full potential. There was still a lot of great information and practical advice I'm sure I will try and incorporate into my own plans, as well.

Also want to note, that although it's likely more timing happenstance than catalytic, for us, this reading just might end up being a sort of pivot point in our education journey.

These concepts align so naturally with what I've observed in my own experience, and yet they are so often glaringly missing - perhaps even sometimes purposefully excluded - in the current broader educational system of today.
