Serve the demon, pay the price! Transported to a land beyond time and space, Jack falls hard for a native warrior named Elya. But when he learns the truth of what she's fighting for, he'll have to choose between giving into love or continuing his personal battle as the one true Shadowman!
Way to kill the readers' interest in the new comic. The previous issue of Shadowman was a chapter 6 of Unity crossover. This one is chapter 14... We barely know about the whole voodoo thing, Jack and his powers. We didn't even have time to decide whether it's a good comic, or not. And yet, we're forced to forget about the entire Shadowman thing and read all that Unity stuff. I mean, come on! If you don't want to tell us about your new character, why did you even bother to start the new comic?! It was nice to see Archer & Armstrong, but Jack goes wa-a-ay too deep into all this for a young character who wasn't even properly established in his own comic yet. That's what this issue is all about - a lot of wrong decisions.
