OK, I totally don't like what they did here. Shadowman always had a special place in my heart, but this is just wrong. You see, back in 1992, Valiant started that huge crossover thing called Unity. And it's time for Jack to join the party. The problem is... It's just a freakin' beginning of Jack's story! I mean, come on! He didn't even fully understand his power yet! And yet, boom! He's in another world now, watching Solar fighting Mothergod. It's just... wrong. In every place possible. It's way too early for the character to join the crossovers and it's way too early for readers, who didn't have time to make a proper opinion about Shadowman comic. It's only a fourth issue! We don't need Solar, we need more info about Jack! Really, really bad timing.
