I enjoyed this book and the leadership concepts that it share form Moses' life & scripture are enlightening and fascinating. I did sometimes struggle with its use of Jewish Midrash traditions that are extra-biblical to me as a Protestant Christian but they in no way diminish the value of the text from a leadership perspective.
