Simple early reader book with short and easy text to read. I read this with my older boys in honor of the author who recently passed and we actually had fun guessing what Harry was going to do while wearing each hat.

Short easy read book. Helps students with squencing and story telling. Repetition of word endings, helps identify and practice days of the week. It even introduces different occupations; Firefighter, Farmer, Artist, Baker, and Cowboy. I would use this book as a picture-to text lesson. Having my students draw one of the occupations named in the book, challenging their visual skills.

Hats Storytime.

I put on each kind of hat Harry wears as I read the book. Fun.
