Loved this series

After reading all 12 books, I can only say "I want to go to New Orleans"! Every story had a " happily ever after" and I loved all the characters in each one. Every author kept my attention and couldn't wait to go to the next.

The very end was so nice, and it was really great reading one last time about all the characters from the previous books and seeing them one more time. I cried at the ending.

This book is the last installment of the Hotel Marchand series. I'm glad to see how the last part of the series ended but this book was a little blah. Basically she likes him he likes her but they don't have the guts to get together. Seriously that's how most of the book is. I ended up skimming the last few chapters because it was almost the same thing over and over again. I don't think I would recommend this book to others.

Did Not Finish

Bought this because it's Shirley Jump, and I've enjoyed a few of her books. But it's the "guy from the evil big city" meets "girl trying to save her heaven-on-earth small town" theme, and I'm utterly sick of that one. DNF.
