This was a useful overview of how to build and grow within the system. At times I found it hard to focus as the writing felt disjointed, and while the information in it was good the flow left something to be desired. I'm not sure of I got use to it by the end or the author switched to a more streamlined style, but as the book progressed I found it easier to get into and follow along.

This was a good update to the book. I previously read the third edition and found it hard to follow. The fifth edition better represents the current setup. A good read for anyone looking to succeed.
