I was disappointed with this book. It could've gone in so many different directions but instead it was random, strange and choppy.

The pacing was too fast for me. It didn't actually seem like much happened.

Samantha's character was ok but she wasn't developed very much so all I knew about her was that she loved her husband and 2 kids, lost her parents recently and was homesick. If any of that was real, I'm not sure.

The ending was anticlimactic and I actually found it boring

Earthbase

A short science fiction story that is as much an exploration of what reality is as is an exploration of love and family.
