With Halloween just around the corner, I have received new orders for costumes. My girls always want to be something different than what we can find in the stores, so we hit the books and often I have to invent the costume patterns. I found this book at the library and find it to be very helpful.
Although all of the patterns are given for sizes 3-5 in kids, instructions are included for altering or adjusting the patterns to fit any size. Even though the book was published in 1988, the costumes are timeless and well made. The photos are great and my three girls like almost all of the 28 costumes, our favorite is Miss Charlotte on page 48.
