I live in Ohio, with my husband, three daughters, three dogs, and three cats, in an ever shrinking house. When I'm not writing I'm doing the mom thing with a book in one hand and a notepad and pen in the other. Ideas come without warning and for me, the best way to stimulate my imagination is to enjoy the imagination of someone else.

It's never a good sign when there is a typo on the cover. The overall story was OK. I really liked the idea, but it just took forever to get there. I liked the heroine's exposure to a new culture. The animal shifters were a bit over the top and the whole came out feeling a bit choppy. I've read several other stories by Ms. Cuccaro and under her other pen-name Allison Paige and this is the least favorite of the bunch. 2.5 stars. Maybe should round up to three, but I'll keep it at two for now.
